Everybody knows that TV shows aren't real, and that's fine because reality is usually boring as hell. But it's always fun to catch a show that is so far off base that you're rolling on the floor laughing. NBC's Mercy (RIP) was notorious for this, or so I've been told by medical professionals. But their super-exciting version of reality included an appearance by the local media recently, and it is glorious. Please, behold:
The problems with all this are numerable and fun to list off, so I'll leave it to you to compile them. You'd think someone on the set (the actress was a real reporter) would say, "uh... this doesn't make sense," but I guess they wouldn't want to ruin the fun.
Just glorious.
